Lori Solymosi, Mixed Media Artist
Known for her expressive, colorful paintings, Lori Solymosi graduated from The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts with the highest honors. Her art adorns the rooms of The Shepherd Hotel downtown Clemson and private collections throughout the country. Lori has had several one-person shows and has won numerous awards including the Best in Show at The Art of Survival exhibition at the Artist Collective in Spartanburg for her work titled, “Summertime”, done during the Covid 19 pandemic. Lori is known for her whimsical mixed media painting of women, her ongoing series of angels, as well as, landscapes, abstracts and still lifes. Always challenging herself to see the world in new ways, Lori is an energetic and prolific painter.
